I had an appointment to look at a specific car. I showed up on time and the salesmen had already left for the day. The car was also not available to see or drive. I was told I would be able to see and drive that day when I arrived. Even when I informed them I was trying to buy a car that day, they wouldn’t get the keys. This was the worst service I’ve ever had.

I bought a pre-certified used Honda from this dealership. Within three months I was having issues with the sunroof and the rear latch. Within two years I had to replace The starter and fix the air conditioner. They offered to do nothing for me and corporate refused to do anything for me as well. It is a shame that they do not stand behind their cars
