Had a great experience during Covid. This was the fourth car that we have purchased from Penske.Was able to get a lot of stuff done online prior to arriving at the dealership. Was able to test drive a couple of cars make my decision waited just a little bit to see the finance people. Overall quick great fast experience.

I was sent a text to visit Penske because they were interested in buying my leased car. I went in & spent a few hours talking to Jack Breen. He was extremely professional & answered all my questions. We set up a time for me to return & my new car would be ready. After several hours I was in the office of Branden Reed. He again was very professional & guided me through the paperwork. Penske Honda has taken care of my 2006 accord since I purchased it.They’ve been straightforward with estimates of cost and shown me they were fairly priced. The service department has always given me clear idea of what few problems have come up and the costs involved in repairs. I highly recommend Penske Honda for any Honda service needs. Unfortunately I’ve also had to use their also body shop which has been excellent. My most recent service need involved a timing chain which is not an inexpensive repair.
